Leah is a soon-to-be graduate of Western Washington University, where she studies the Psychopathology of Primates. Her research investigates the effects of trauma across the lifespan in both human and non-human primates, emphasizing the impact of early-life adversity on development and behavior. Dedicated to improving the welfare and rehabilitation of primates, Leah aims to apply her knowledge to support trauma recovery. As she works toward her license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she is committed to enhancing the well-being of both primates and the communities that care for them.
